This Thursday, an earthquake of magnitude 4.1 was reported in the states of Zulia and Trujillo, the Venezuelan Foundation for Seismological Research (FUNVISIS) reported.

According to information issued by the Foundation, the earthquake was recorded at 10:19 a.m. with a depth of 5.0 km.

Authorities reported no significant damage or loss.
