Eje del Buen Vivir in Caracas pays tribute to parents with a cultural agenda this weekend

The Axis of Good Living is preparing to welcome Caracas families this June 20 and 21 in a special celebration for Father's Day, full of tradition, music and artisanal knowledge. The event starts both days from 11:00 a.m. with open admission for all parishes in the capital.

The artistic offer will include a local identity market and specialized workshops: goldsmithery with Glorix Borguez, miniature ceramics with the Mirandina Bleydi Parucho, and charcoal drawing dictated by Biker González. The musical atmosphere will be guaranteed with the romanticism and flavor of Yakke Luna and María Barón, the classic reggae mixes of Dj Lion and the traditional closing of Juan Sanoja and his friends to the rhythm of tenths and guaracas, he explained through a press release from the Ministry of Popular Power for Culture.

The cultural agenda will continue on Monday with a technical workshop on weaving on handmade looms, given by textile creators Liliana Briceño and Néstor Palacios, guests from the state of Nueva Esparta.
