The Electoral Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice asks the National Electoral Council to provide documents related to the 28J electoral process within three days.
In this regard, the president of the Supreme Court, Caryslia Rodríguez, requested from the electoral body the minutes of counting of the polling stations at the national level, minutes of the definitive totalization of the electoral process, and the act of awarding and announcing the elections.
It also required the Electoral Power to present evidence of the cyber attack to which the electoral process was subject.
The high court specified that, in view of its commitment to peace in the nation, the Electoral Chamber is authorized for these procedures from Monday to Sunday, 24 hours a day.
