Venezuelans should be proud to have the best electoral system in the world, said the president of the Electoral Power, Elvis Amoroso.

During the registration ceremony of Nicolás Maduro's presidential candidacy, Amoroso confirmed that all participants in the electoral process on July 28 can count on guarantees of transparency.

“The Constitution of the Republic clearly states that every 6 years there will be presidential elections and that period is taking place in 2024,” he stressed while stating that all presidential candidates will be well received by the CNE.
