Executive Vice President Delcy Rodríguez presented Budget for Fiscal Year 2026 to the AN

The Executive Vice President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, presented this Thursday to the National Assembly the Budget for the Financial Year 2026.

During his speech before the Parliament, he explained that this economic instrument is being developed in the midst of a special situation that the nation is going through, which is being besieged and threatened like never before by foreign forces.

“In the face of the enemy, there are no factions or parties, we are all Venezuelans,” he said, stressing that there is “an unquestionable truth inherited from independence, which was tattooed in the proclamation of El Libertador Simón Bolívar before the Congress of Angostura in 1818".

He emphasized that what Venezuela is telling the world today is that it reinvented itself, that it does not submit and that it is truly emancipated.

He also indicated that in Venezuela there is no submission or subordination, since the country has found its own ways to move forward in the midst of the psychological terrorism it has faced for 23 weeks, demonstrating the strength and resilience of the Venezuelan people.
