The Executive Vice President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, led this Monday the installation of the Popular and Communal Government System in the Sucre parish of Caracas.

“We have activated the communal rooms, the communal circuits and are now activating the six work teams. So you have to govern the territory, listening to problems, not being afraid of problems, problems are there to be talked about and solved and those that cannot be solved seek a route of attention,” Rodríguez said from Catia.

He stressed that the impact of the economic war is inescapable, “it has created social wounds that have impacted the area of public services, for example. The economic blockade has not only been economic (...) those who, since extremism, trying to usurp political spaces, have called for the blockade against Venezuela, are people who do not want Venezuela, because they seek destruction and they say so clearly,” he criticized.

In this regard, he stressed that there is an organized people in the country that decides “what we are going to do with the wealth of Venezuela and how we are going to lead the destiny of Venezuela. That is why I say that the Venezuelan people are invincible. Here is the spirit of the Venezuelan people in activating these communal governments, in their six teams.”
