It's no secret that after Vinotinto's outstanding participation in the 2024 Copa América, under the command of the Technical Director, Fernando “Bocha” Batista, he came under the sights of several clubs.

However, Bocha's response was overwhelming: “I had offers after the Copa América, but I told my agent not to hear anything.”

He assured that he is in Venezuela, the place where he wants to be, “with the dream of qualifying for the first time in a World Cup,” said the coach of Vinotinto, in an interview with dSports Radio.

The Argentine strategist highlighted the importance of the Copa América as a turning point for the Venezuelan national team. “We knew that if we didn't do a good Copa América it would have an impact on the qualifiers,” he said.

In that sense, he said that what was experienced this month was incredible. “We have a great group in Venezuela,” Batista said.

Bocha said that if the player is more relaxed, he will respond better on the field. “I like to be empathetic with the player, I also had to be on that side.”
