FILVEN Táchira opens its doors

The 20th edition of the International Book Fair, FILVEN, Táchira chapter opened its doors this Thursday afternoon at the facilities of the Leonardo Ruíz Pineda public library.

Isley Carrero, regional coordinator of the Ministry of Popular Power for Culture, explained that during the three days of FILVEN, 32 books will be presented and there will be a children's pavilion for the promotion of books and reading for children, regional press review.

He explained that the honorees are Reina Durán, the state's leading anthropologist and the poet of the municipality Jáuregui Maximino Labrador. In addition, two invited national poets Negel Machado and Juan Echeverría from Lara state were invited.
