FILVEN Trujillo chapter successfully culminated with the presentation of 40 books

The 20th edition of the Venezuelan International
Book Fair (FILVEN), Trujillo chapter, successfully culminated last Saturday
with the presentation of 40 books, of which 32 were produced in the region.
This was announced by the state's sole authority for
culture, Temístocles Cabezas Morales, who stressed
that FILVEN turned the Andean entity into an epicenter of culture, in which
the population could enjoy a wide variety of literary works.
He also indicated that among the
works published by El Perro y la Rana, Monte Ávila and Biblioteca Ayacuch or,
publishers attached to the Ministry of Popular Power for Culture, were presented. In addition,
he noted that titles of the
honored regional writers, Hugo Sánchez Carrasquero, Alí Medina and Jesús Felipe Rubio, were also exhibited.
Among the books presented were
Maja Mía, by Ernesto Villegas Poljak; Ultimatum and the Blue Cockroach, by Jesús
Rubio; I, the Shining, by Ramón Palomares; With the River Behind, by Pedro
Ruiz; Bolivarian Diplomacy of Peace, by Oscar Upegui Flores; Naked Water and The Garden of Her Body Leads Me to Eva, by Hugo Sánchez and One Thing Between
Two
Rivers, by Enmanuel Colmenares.
Also, The Pedagogical Compass, a fundamental work in the educational field; The Conjured City, by Isaías Cañizales; Kindness and Virtue in Cristóbal Mendoza, by Ali Medina; First, by Ennio Tucci; 13 hosts to read on Tuesday the 13th, by Mariangélica Delgado, illustrated by Tomás Valera Díaz, among others.
