The Minister of Popular Power for Foreign Affairs, Yván Gil Pinto, reiterated Venezuela 's intention to strengthen friendship with Cuba, as well as to continue working for a multipolar world .

The Venezuelan Foreign Minister's statement responds to the congratulatory words of his Caribbean counterpart, Bruno Rodríguez, after his ratification as head of Venezuelan Foreign Affairs.

“I sincerely thank you for your congratulations, Chancellor Bruno Rodríguez. I assume with great responsibility and pride the commitment to advance peace diplomacy and strengthen friendship with Cuba and other sister peoples, in favor of a multipolar world,” Gil wrote on his Telegram channel.
