The former candidate of the extreme right,
Edmundo González Urrutia, failed to comply with the second summons from the Public
Ministry (MP), to make statements about events
related to the publication of alleged electoral records on an unofficial website.
The summons were scheduled for this Tuesday
at 10:00 in the morning in the National Prosecutor's Office 58, which
investigates the crimes of forging public documents,
inciting disobedience to the laws, computer crimes, criminal association and conspiracy.
This offense would be the second, since
last Monday, August 26, González did not appear before the agency either.
“It is
important to remember that their failure to attend to the calls made by the Electoral Chamber of
the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ) constitute frank
contempt and disrespect for the judicial authority,” Venezolana de Televisión reported.
