The city of Fuzhou will become the technological epicenter of the Asian giant on April 29 and 30 with the celebration of the 9th Digital China Summit. The event seeks to consolidate a cutting-edge ecosystem with the participation of at least 400 leading companies.

According to Liu Liehong, director of the National Data Administration (NDA), this edition will serve as a showcase for the most recent achievements in digital transformation and technological competitiveness.

During the meeting, fundamental advances in the national strategy will be presented, including the Digital China Development Report (2025) and the corresponding Development Index. The summit will feature the exhibition of more than 30 technical reports prepared by high-level organizations such as the Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC) and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT).

In addition, nearly one hundred success stories will be exhibited that demonstrate the strategic integration of data in critical sectors such as agriculture, industrial manufacturing, healthcare and cultural tourism.

In addition to the business approach, the summit will stand out for its strong academic and research component, hosting the launch of more than 20 technological results developed by seven prestigious universities, including Tsinghua University and Peking University.

This synergy between the public sector, academia and more than ten research institutions reinforces China's goal of leading global innovation. The event promises to be a decisive platform for the exchange of knowledge and the strengthening of the country's digital infrastructure.
