This Tuesday, the Media Office in Gaza, Palestine, presented an alarming balance sheet documenting 2,400 violations of the agreement to cease hostilities by the Israeli Zionist occupying forces.

According to the official report, these attacks, recorded between October 10, 2025 and April 14, 2026, have left a tragic toll of 754 people dead and 2,100 injured. The Gazan authorities described these actions as systematic and serious violations of international humanitarian law, which directly violate the terms of the current security pact.

The report highlights the vulnerability of the affected population, noting that 99 percent of registered victims are civilians. Among the dead are 312 children, women and the elderly, reflecting the indiscriminate impact of the incursions.

Local sources, the continuity of these attacks is not accidental, but rather constitutes a deliberate strategy to impose a reality based on subjugation through forced humanitarian deterioration throughout the Gaza Strip.

From the perspective of the authorities in the Strip, these events represent a dangerous evasion of the commitments made and a pressure tactic that deepens the crisis in the territory. In this regard, they directly blamed Israel for the drastic worsening of living conditions and instability in the region.

They also warned that the persistence of these hostilities voids the content of the peace agreement and jeopardizes the diplomatic efforts achieved to date.

Given the seriousness of the situation, the Gaza government issued an urgent call to the President of the United States, Donald Trump, as well as to international mediators and the United Nations to intervene immediately.

The request requires that the international community exert real and effective pressure to ensure strict compliance with the ceasefire. The statement concludes by stressing that external inaction will only prolong the suffering of civilians and the total collapse of security guarantees in the area.
