The Sectorial Vice President for Politics, Public Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, released the records of those arrested for their participation in three conspiracy and terrorist plans in Venezuela.

Cabello explained that the first conspiracy plan to begin in San Juan de los Morros, Guárico state, consisted of exploiting Fort Conopoima. It would continue with the execution of a second plan, they would move to Fort Tavacare in Barinas state and from there they would infiltrate that military installation to place a load of C4 in a helicopter and then explode it in mid-flight. The latest plan was to kidnap the magistrate of the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ), Michael Moreno.
