The Gloria al Bravo Pueblo resounded again on Dominican soil, after a new gold medal won by the Venezuelan speed boating delegation in the men's K4 500 meters event, at the Santo Domingo 2026 Central American and Caribbean Games.
The Venezuelan team, made up of Daniel Román, Ulises González, Ray Acuña and Cristian Canache, set a devastating pace on the water track, securing the highest place on the podium with a time of 1:30.31.
The representatives of the Dominican Republic Rafael Feliz, Cristian Guerrero, Juan Plasencia and Ariel Martinez won the silver one. While the bronze was won by Mexicans Mauricio Figueroa, Diego Popa, Daniel Ledesma and Jahir Zúñiga.
