GNB captured five Colombians who tried to enter the country carrying firearms

Members of the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB) arrested, in Apure state, five Colombian citizens who entered Venezuelan territory illegally carrying firearms, said Ramón Cabeza, Secretary of Public Security of that entity.
According to reports from the newspaper Última Noticias, the capture took place at the citizen service post of the José Antonio Páez International Bridge, in Guasdualito. The detainees were identified as Omar Lisandro Delgadillo Rincón, Mayiled Bustos Perdomo, Willian Rodríguez Rojas, Camilo Humberto Vanegas Otalora and Diana María Viloria Blanco.
During the arrest, the military seized three Cordova Standard pistols, caliber 9 mm, with their magazines; 54 cartridges of the same caliber; three bulletproof vests; three portable communication radios and two portable computers.
The five individuals were traveling in an armored Toyota Prado van, with Colombian license plates, and were carrying six cell phones with them.
According to preliminary investigations, his destination was the town of El Amparo, in the Páez municipality of Apure state.
