With the application of 2,100 tons of asphalt on the La Isla-El Caballo route, in the municipalities of Tocópero and Píritu, the government of Falcón completed a phase of the comprehensive restoration plan for the Morón-Coro National Highway.

During the day, Governor Víctor Clark highlighted that this action is part of the planning for the first quarter of the year, which includes the application of at least 6,000 tons of asphalt at various points until reaching Yaracal.

In addition, as reported by the Venezuelan News Agency (AVN), work is being done on the Paso Nuevo Bridge, in Sanare and other sectors of the road, which is one of the busiest in the region.

The governor emphasized that it is not only a matter of replacing the asphalt layer, but also of carrying out weeding work, installing reflective elements and ensuring adequate road marking and demarcation.

This initiative is part of the preparation for the Carnival period, ensuring optimal traffic conditions for both residents and visitors.
