Government of La Guaira deployed social care in La Peñita

The Una Estrella de Mar program, promoted by the government of the state of La Guaira, organized a day of comprehensive assistance in the 17 communities of the La Peñita sector, located in the municipality of Carayaca.

During the operation, medical services, drug delivery, assistance to women, allocation of kitchens, appliances and household items were offered. Baskets and products for newborns were also delivered, along with professional guidance to pregnant women, as released by the government on its digital platforms.

The operation included door-to-door visits, distribution of domestic gas, delivery of new cylinders and review of the supply system in the area.

During the meeting with spokespersons, workers and producers, the delivery of certificates, awards and funding to farmers and farmers was formalized. Access to public services was guaranteed and activities were developed to strengthen community organization in the mountains of Carayaca.

The inhabitants expressed their gratitude to Governor José Alejandro Terán and President Nicolás Maduro Moros, in reference to the institutional motto “More territory and less desk”.

The authorities shared audiovisual recordings of the day with the message: “Social protection is the priority of the Revolution. The Government in the street, with the People and by the People”.
