This Tuesday, May 27, the elected governor of the
state of Aragua, Joana Sánchez, affirmed that she will be in office with the people and assumes
with great commitment the victory won by the Aragüeños in the elections last Sunday.
“It will be a close government, with the cable to the ground that
is humility, which is the characterization of the leader and understanding that
our people are, in the first instance, the ones who decide and take the actions and this is how this plan
must be developed,” said Sánchez from the regional headquarters of the National Electoral
Council (CNE) where she was officially accredited as
governor of the Bolivarian state of Aragua, according to the PSUV.
He also emphasized his commitment to
citizen participation. At the same time, he thanked the civic participation in the electoral process
.
“I thank each of the people of Aragüeña and Aragüeñas for
their demonstration of citizenship and democratic commitment at the polls,” said
Sánchez, highlighting the peaceful development of election day.
Sánchez assured that the state of Aragua will feel
governance and governance through the implementation of the
7T Plan, designed to strengthen the region's capacities.
In addition, he called for unity and reconciliation; for this reason, he summoned the opposition sectors that participated in the recent elections to a dialogue table to prioritize the welfare of the People of Aragua.
