Governor-elect Marisel Velásquez: The People are clear that we are resolute people!

With a massive motorized caravan and a rally in the Luisa Cáceres de Arismendi Park, in La Asunción in Nueva Esparta, the elected governor, Marisel Velásquez, celebrated the great victory won last Sunday on election day.

“The people are clear that we are people who resolve. There is a team here, and every team organization results in victory. Today, the victory belongs to my glorious town of Margarita, Coche and Cubagua,” said a note from the PSUV.

He also highlighted the warmth and enthusiasm of the Neo-Spartans, especially women, who crowded the streets to receive the participants of the caravan. “Here in Nueva Esparta, the biggest gender is women, and they took to the streets to greet us. They welcomed us with joy, smiles and tears of emotion,” he said.

In addition, he reiterated his commitment to working tirelessly to meet the expectations of citizens and ensure improvements in their quality of life. “Together we are going to transform Nueva Esparta for the better, to improve the quality of life of our people and promote development, progress and prosperity,” he said.
