The governor of the state of Zulia, Luis Caldera, visited the areas affected by the passage of rains in the Maracaibo municipality to quickly provide solutions to those most in need.

This is the population affected by the flooding of the Chama River, after heavy rains. The tour taken by the governor is part of the actions of the Andes 2025 Task Force, under the guidelines of the Sectorial Vice Presidency for Policy, Citizen Security and Peace.

The information was released on the official Instagram account of the Vice Ministry for Risk Management and Civil Protection, where it was detailed that the operation was led by the Deputy Minister for Risk Management, Alm. Juan Carlos Oti Paituvi, accompanied by the sector vice president of Public Works and Services, Jorge Elieser Márquez.
