The elected governor of the state of Apure, Wilmer Rodríguez, expressed his deep gratitude to the people of Apurea, stressing that this victory marks a milestone in the history of the region.

“Today, the dream of taking the reins of our state was fulfilled, and the people have spoken clearly,” he said after going out to celebrate the victory with people from Apurea in the streets.

Rodríguez emphasized the importance of unity and joint work, thanking social movements and the structure of the Great Patriotic Pole for their efforts in the campaign. “The People defended the People, and today we celebrate a victory that belongs to all of us, ” he said.

He also stressed that the passion and commitment of the people of Apurea were fundamental to achieve this result. “We are going to build a thriving and productive Apure, as we all dream of,” he added.

In addition, he called for inclusion, stating that all people from Apurea, regardless of their political choice, are welcome to work together for the welfare of the state. “There are no losers here, we are all part of this great family in Apurea,” he said.
