GPPSB candidates carry out House to House in the La Ventanita de Antímano sector

In order to know the needs of the population, spokespersons and spokespersons of the Luisa Cáceres de Arismendi Commune, located in Carapita in the Antimano parish of Caracas, held a day of House to House Visit in the La Ventanita community of the San José sector, as part of the 23rd anniversary of the Barrio Adentro Mission.

During the day, candidates and candidates for parliament for the Simón Bolívar Great Patriotic Pole also participated, they held a meeting with the inhabitants of the sector, who expressed their problems, concerns and proposals.

Reny Paruta, secretary of the Political Council of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela in Caracas, reported that this activity was carried out as part of the 23rd anniversary of the Barrio Adentro Mission.

“We are celebrating the mission that came to cure our people of the unnecessary ills of the right, together with our Cuban brothers who built a single flag between Venezuela and Cuba thanks to the two great commanders, such as Fidel Castro and Hugo Chávez, who came with all the missions to protect the people,” explained the also AN candidate for the GPPSB.

In addition, África Vargas, candidate for the AN in Circuit 5 by the GPPSB, stated that they participated in a tour, an extraordinary activity where the people went out to visit house to house to learn about the needs of their neighbors.

“We also share a community sancocho, we play rubber balls, spinning tops, dominoes, perinola, black cards with our boys and girls, as well as Creole balls with the older ones, a whole circuit of culture, recreation, from the town to the people,” Vargas emphasized.

In the same way, Willmer Vásquez, candidate for the AN by the GPPSB, stressed that they participated in this house-to-house visit “listening to our people, young people and women about their concerns, uncertainty and proposals they give us to take them to the AN, those dreams of continuing to empower the people, and it is from here in the middle of the neighborhood of Caracas that we nourish ourselves and fill ourselves with that essence of our people, of that Venezuela that resists the attacks of economic war and sanctions day by day”.

For her part, Aracelis Gómez, community leader of the Luisa Cáceres de Arismendi commune, explained that during this house-to-house visit they developed sports, recreational and cultural activities for the inhabitants of the community, as well as, they were able to learn about their needs to help them meet them.

This visit made it possible to diagnose the weaknesses and strengths of the population to offer them immediate help and promote citizen participation, so that they can improve their quality of life.
