Gran Misión Abuelos y Abuelas de la Patria served more than 530 older adults in Barinas

The Great Mission Grandparents and Grandmothers of the Fatherland (GMAAP) treated a total of 534 elderly patients during a day at the Jacinto Mora Sánchez Educational Complex, located in the Calderas parish, in the Bolivar municipality of the state of Barinas.

Older adults received health care in gastroenterology, ophthalmology, nephrology, internal medicine, gynecology, general medicine and optometry.

In the same way, grandparents and grandmothers were answered with nutrition and immunization services, as well as high blood pressure tests, echosonograms and ultrasound. In addition, the people of the third party received the care of 1×10 Good Governance, with the delivery of medicines, through the activation of the community pharmacy, and the dispensing of 20,256 units was achieved respectively.

In this regard, Dr. Claudia Bernate thanked the efforts and dedication of the health personnel who dedicated themselves to this successful day for the benefit of the grandparents and grandmothers of the country, contributing to the strengthening of the National Public Health System (SPNS) in this entity.
