The Great Mission Viva Venezuela, My Beloved Homeland continues its deployment in the state of Mérida, holding meetings with cultivators to promote cultural organization in the entity, with the purpose of strengthening national identity and art.
In this regard, in the Workers' President Commune of the Alberto Adriani municipality, an activity was carried out led by the director of the state cabinet of the Ministry of Popular Power for Culture, Oscar Upegui, and the state's Secretary for Cultural Development, Vanessa Rodríguez, focused on the participatory construction of cultural cartography and the Concrete Agenda for Action (ACA) for national consultations.
The event, held at the Mariano Picón Salas Cultural Center, served as a vibrant display of local wealth with music, dance and crafts. The participants discussed constructively, contributing the strengths and needs of the sector to the cultural map of the municipality.
It was agreed to visit the 29 communal circuits in order to ensure that cultural cartography is a living document, anchored in traditions and real needs.
