Great Mission Equality and Social Justice Hugo Chávez benefited more than 1 thousand fishermen in La Guaira

The Bolivarian Government, through the Hugo Chávez Great Equality and Social Justice Mission, benefited more than 1,000 fishermen in La Guaira.

“These days guarantee access to health for seafarers and their families, improving their quality of life,” said the regional director of the Ministry of Fisheries, Prisco Ávila.

In the same way, the regional director stressed that the goal is to expand coverage to the 24 Councils of the Popular Power of Fishermen, Aquaculturists (CONPPA) of the coastal entity, according to a note from the Radio Miraflores web portal.

“We continue to plan to reach more communities, prioritizing those that are difficult to access, such as the western axis, where Puerto Maya and other vulnerable populations are located,” he said.
