Guárico has more than 1,400 projects up for election in the National Popular Consultation

In the second National Popular Consultation, Guariqueños will choose 212 communal projects from more than 1,400 proposals from the 15 municipalities of the Llanera region. For the process, Guárico has 212 electoral circuits, in which more than 1,800 communal councils and 121 communes are grouped together.

Governor José Vásquez stressed that popular power is ready to prioritize collective needs in this great democratic day. He pointed out that the people have demonstrated their organization in the different meetings held previously, where they proposed public, socio-productive and other service projects of great importance for the development of communities.

“I am full of gratitude and happiness for the management that has been carried out through this great organization, to be able to immediately know the needs and difficulties that communities present and thus be able to provide answers in record time,” said the entity's first civil authority.
