Head of State: 36 years ago, in the midst of pain, hope opened up for a new Homeland for the People

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, called on the leadership of the parties of the Revolution to seek in the People the wisdom to govern and work for the construction of a Homeland according to the legacy of Chávez.

“This people spontaneously dared against the oligarchy on February 27 and 28, 1989 and its media,” he recalled and considered that “on that date something was spontaneously active in our collective being, but in the midst of pain, hope also emerged and the construction of the Revolutionary cycle.

During a meeting with the Chavista militancy, the head of state asked anyone who holds leadership positions in the Bolivarian Revolution to seek the wisdom of ordinary people, the humble of the neighborhoods where “the collective intellectual of the Revolution is”.
