Head of State: 95% of Venezuelans reject threats of US military aggression

President Nicolás Maduro highlighted that all polls indicate that 95% of Venezuelans reject and repudiate the military threats of the United States government against the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

“The polling company Hinterlaces revealed in its most recent opinion poll “Country Monitor” that 95 percent of Venezuelans categorically reject threats of military aggression by the United States against the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Venezuela,” said the Head of State.

He also stressed that this result evidences a broad national consensus in defense of sovereignty and peace, regardless of political or ideological differences.

He also specified that more than 60% of those attending the National Council for Sovereignty and Peace were opponents, many of whom, historically, have been against his administration.
