Head of State assures that Venezuela is going through a moment of construction of the new democracy

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, during his program “Maduro+” broadcast number 54, assured that Venezuela is going through a moment of revolutionary offensive, in the construction of the new democracy.

The Head of State referred to the Second Community Consultation that will take place on August 25 throughout the country, during which the People will choose priority projects in 4,500 communal circuits, encompassing 49,000 communal councils.

“These councils are led by 1.5 million spokespersons, and represent the organic expression of the constitution and laws of real and true democracy, it's now or now,” he said.

He highlighted that in total, 27,420 projects will be nominated for these popular elections that will allow the Venezuelan people to choose the projects they consider to be priorities, in the context of the improvement of the country's democratic system.
