The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, said this Friday that the People were prepared for the new attack perpetrated by the extreme right against the National Electricity System (SEN), an action reprinted from the fascist acts of the time of the fictitious interim of the fugitive Juan Guaidó.

From the Presidential Command Post, in the Miraflores Palace, where he offered an assessment of the criminal aggression against the SEN, the Head of State recalled that “they (the extreme right) were doing the damage, they threatened and before that attack on March 7, 2019, people from Miami, already commentators and influencers at the time, were announcing what they called a great blackout, which was a major criminal attack against the electrical system”.

He stated that this is a war against the country and the people, “underestimating the conscience of an entire people, underestimating the capacity of the civic-military-police union to face and overcome situations, however difficult they may be, underestimating the commitment that an entire country has to its right to peace, to its right to tranquility, to its right to independence, to sovereignty, to its right to the future”.

The Dignitary stressed that “we have already seen this film and we know its outcome. Happy for the People of Venezuela!”
