Head of State: CNE, FANB and Popular Power will guarantee a transparent election day on 23-N

President Nicolás Maduro stressed the importance of the national consultation on November 23, 2025, when communities across Venezuela will choose their prioritized communal projects.

“There will be 9,963 polling stations, in 8,630 electoral centers, so that 36,674 projects from the 5,336 Community Circuits can be consulted,” said the president.

“This must be a profoundly democratic process, in which the organized people assume the leadership of their own decisions,” reiterated the Head of State.

He also asked the authorities to guarantee all the logistics to carry out the process in coordination with the National Electoral Council (CNE) and the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), to guarantee the technical and logistical conditions for a transparent, safe and participatory day.

He also highlighted that half of the projects prioritized by organized Popular Power respond to needs related to public services, especially water, health, education and infrastructure; the rest cover initiatives in productive, cultural, sports and recreational fields, all arising from debate and community consensus so as not to impose projects from institutions, but to listen directly to the voice of those who inhabit the territories.

He assured that every neighborhood, hamlet and housing estate is already prepared for an election day, which represents a pedagogical and social mobilization process in defense of participatory democracy promoted by Commander Hugo Chávez.

Finally, he called on the country to actively participate in this decisive phase for the transformation of territories, assuring that the national Government is committed to accompanying the execution of the selected projects and to strengthening the role of Popular Power in public management.
