Head of State: Commander Hugo Chávez strengthened brotherhood and cooperation between Belarus and Venezuela

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, stressed that with the arrival of Commander Hugo Chávez to the country's political power, diplomatic ties, brotherhood and cooperation between Belarus and Venezuela were strengthened.

He affirmed that Commander Chávez reopened a door of mutual understanding, led by respect, complementarity and the search for shared development for the advancement of both nations towards a better future.

In this regard, he highlighted Venezuela's friendship of loyalty and courage with various leaders, “they are the brave of the world”, such as the link with the president of the Republic of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko.

He commented that he received countless letters on the occasion of his birthday last Sunday, November 23, such as letters sent by the presidents Lukashenko and the president of Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel, among others.

At this point, during the Digital Zone segment, in the 98th edition of his Con Maduro+ program, the head of state mentioned in particular the “extraordinary” letter I received from Army General Raúl Castro. I thank her. The letter hasn't been public, but it's extraordinary.”

“Every paragraph of Raúl's letter is the wisdom of a century of struggles and victories. The neurons of positive creation are stimulated in order to continue consolidating our Revolution,” he said.
