Head of State convened fourth Community Consultation for November 23

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, convened the fourth Communal Consultation of the year 2025 for November 23.

“This year we had the first consultation on February 2. The second consultation is on April 27. The third consultation is on July 27. And a consultation is missing. Well, I call, I have the money now, I call for the fourth Community Consultation, general elections on November 23 (...) all the neighbors, all the neighbors to vote, to choose their basic community projects. Direct democracy!” , said the Head of State.

During the delivery of more than 20,000 communal projects as part of the Obratón for the 13th anniversary of Commander Hugo Chávez's historic Timon Coup, the Dignitary recalled that the most voted project is being executed and “whoever comes second must already have their resources guaranteed.”

“United governorates and mayors, little sisters, so that all the communal circuits under construction of the 6,000 communes must go by us, ensuring that their resources arrive on time and finish their works, such as the 20,000 works that we are delivering today 13 years after the Timon Coup,” he instructed.
