Head of State declares April 4 as National Day of the Fourth

The Head of State, Nicolás Maduro, announced that April 4 will be declared National Day of the Fourth. This was stated in his Con Maduro+ program this Monday, February 19, when he spoke about the eight vertices of the Great Mission Viva Venezuela My Beloved Homeland.

The President added that the above-mentioned Bolivarian Mission will integrate the Heart Within Culture Mission, the National Movement of Popular Cultures, the Corazón Llanero Movement, the National Experimental University of the Arts, the César Rengifo Theater Movement, the Bolivarian Colmenitas Movement, the Ali Primera seedbeds, the National Network of Intangible Cultural Heritage, the Network of Sound Builders, the National Disc Center, the Institute of Performing and Musical Arts, the Artist's House, the National Dance Company, the Cultural Heritage Institute, the Center for Cultural Diversity and all regional and local movements linked to the performing and musical arts.

He added that the baccalaureate degree in cultural heritage will be created starting next school year, the accreditation of Academic Knowledge of Knowledge Linked to Music, Rhythms and Songs of the Venezuelan Tradition and the INCES cultural program that will be opened for productive occupations linked to music, songs and folk knowledge.
