The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, denounced this Friday terrorist plans that seek to execute the fascist “commandos”, led by María Corina Machado, in the march called by opposition extremism this Saturday in Bello Monte.

“I want to report a new ambush that is intended for tomorrow, Saturday, I thought very carefully because we could be revealing a source of information that we have been working on for criminal groups of the 'commandos', but I am obliged to make this report. Some of these commando groups armed with grenades and other weapons intend to carry out an attack tomorrow in the area of Bello Monte, Caracas,” said the Head of State.

At a press conference with national and international media, he added that these groups were brought from Zulia, stressing that “they were also responsible for attacks on the police here in Plaza O'Leary, on Avenida de San Martín, in Petare, they brought them from there outside Caracas.”

President Maduro showed audios and WhatsApp conversations, where terrorist actions are revealed, to confirm that he is alert. In this regard, he announced that security agencies will be deployed to ensure peace.

“I have given the precise orders for the intelligence, counterintelligence, security and police forces to protect Greater Caracas and these areas that are under threat. These criminals are already being sought,” he said.

The Dignitary warned the international community that “this is not the first time that the right wing in Venezuela and in the world would try to attack its own people, alert, Venezuelans, Venezuelans”.

“I alert all of Venezuela to possible attacks violated by the same commandos on the orders of Mrs. Machado and with the complicity and knowledge of Mr. (Edmundo) González Urrutia, using these criminal groups against themselves,” he emphasized.
