Head of State: Election of justices of the peace is the most democratic experience in the world

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, assured that the election of justices of the peace in the country is “the most democratic experience in the world.”
During his show Con Maduro+ in his 68th broadcast, he pointed out that between “hallacas and parrandas” Venezuelans will vote on December 15.
He stressed that this Monday began the registration of the application of all those citizens who meet the requirements to run as judges of the peace. “The electoral commission that will be in charge of these unprecedented and unprecedented elections where neighbors will elect their justices of the peace.”
He explained that the country has 5,297 communal circuits “it means that in all circuits there will be voting centers where all Venezuelans aged 15 and over can vote.” He reported that three judges will be elected between principal and alternate.
