Head of State in the face of 17 months of imperial threat: They have awakened a fabulous force of resistance

During his message on the occasion of the 105th Anniversary of Bolivarian Military Aviation and the 33rd anniversary of the Civic-Military Rebellion of November 27 , 1992, this Thursday, the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, highlighted the resistance of the People during the 17 months of threats by United States (US) imperialism against the country.

“This military event of today, November 27, 2025 invites us to reflect on the entire present context of challenges, challenges faced by our country. For 17 weeks, imperialist foreign forces have been continuously threatening to alter the peace of the Caribbean Sea, South America and Venezuela, under false and extravagant arguments that no one believes them either in US public opinion or in world public opinion and least of all in powerful Venezuelan public opinion,” said the head of state.

He stressed that these 17 weeks of “psychological war, immoral pressures, which I stop frightening our people, have awakened a fabulous force of resistance, of national conscience, a fabulous force that is called the force of the homeland conscience of our Venezuela.”

He stressed that, despite the aggressions and challenges of all ages, the Bolivarian Revolution “has managed to make progress so that our country grows, the economy diversifies productively, international markets expand for new products, we consolidate the Quadrants of Peace, citizen and citizen security as a State policy, always preserving life as a right, the dignity and sovereignty of our Homeland.”
