The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro Moros, invited you to read the work “From the Angostura Speech to the Blue Book”, through a publication on his Telegram channel.

The head of state specified that "without a doubt, two foundational historic moments for the Fatherland. Our story is big and beautiful.”

Last Saturday, the 206th anniversary of the Angostura Congress was celebrated, and the head of state took the opportunity to present to the country's deputies and authorities the fundamental elements of the Constitutional Reform proposal.
