Head of State: It was an overwhelming victory to hold the fourth National Popular Consultation 2025

This Monday, November 24, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, emphasized that the election day held this Sunday, November 23, for the National Popular Consultation 2025, was an overwhelming victory, given the significant participation of voters.

He stressed that the People demonstrate a strong will for peace, the level of organization and decision-making capacity in terms of solutions for the benefit of their communities.

In the Simon Bolivar Hall in the Miraflores Palace where he led the installation of the Student Government Council, he stated that it is a matter of promoting the Communal State, “the true State of participatory democracy, the true social State of justice and rights contemplated by our beloved Constitution of 1999.”

He specified that the four annual consultations held to choose two projects for each community in the country, “is the real power of the neighbors, it is the efficiency and effectiveness to build works.”

He said he was happy with the participation of the People in this fourth consultation. “If you grasp what our People, our neighbors, our basic social leadership, what the People express, the maturity that the People have, the intelligence, the courage, the clarity, you make an encyclopedia of the modern political theory of humanity,” he said.

There is the project of humanity, there is the original Bolivarianism, there is true humanism,” he said.
