Head of State on the ruling of the Constitutional Chamber: It is demonstrated that in Venezuela there are institutions and laws

This Monday, October 14, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Madur o, emphasized that the decision of the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ), “demonstrates that in Venezuela there are institutions and laws, which have helped to guarantee peace in the country.”

This was stated when referring to the ratification of the Supreme Court of Justice, of the ruling that validated the announcement of the National Electoral Council (CNE) about its victory in the 2024 Presidential Elections, in response to an appeal made by a group of opponents in the first ruling.

“All social, economic and political sectors of the country comply with the sovereign decision of the Constitutional Chamber,” he stressed.

In this regard, he emphasized that precisely the respect for the institutions and laws that “we have in Venezuela, a whole country succeeded in neutralizing the fascist outbreak of intolerance, hatred and violence that was intended to be imposed, which was denounced in time by us. I denounced him as a candidate.”

He asserted that Elon Musk invested in the process of the coup against Venezuela, in the fascist outbreaks against the electoral process of July 28, “no less than a billion dollars, among which the fascist María Corina Machado participated.”

“The money was distributed with full hands,” he said.

“Now, we must respect and take care of the peace of mind of our people, preparing for a new year,” he said in the Digital Zone segment of the special program “With Maduro+” dedicated to youth, from the headquarters of the “Great Venezuela Youth Mission”.

He also recalled that the National Assembly (AN) opened the floodgates for dialogue and also for electoral reforms.

He noted that next year there will be elections, “there we will be in peace.”

“In Venezuela, law, truth, institutionality, peace and order will prevail,” he said.
