Head of State: Peoples of the world raise the flag of resistance against Israel's genocide in Gaza

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, maintained that all the peoples of the world are currently raising the flag of Palestine, which is the flag of resistance, “for the right to life and resistance of a people who saw our Lord Jesus Christ pass away”.

“Free Palestine will expire sooner rather than later,” he said at the Miraflores Palace, during the ceremony on the occasion of the award of the “Order Francisco de Miranda”, in his “Generalissimo” Degree and First Class, to the plenipotentiary ambassador of the Republic of Cuba, Dagoberto Rodríguez Barrera, who completed his diplomatic mission in Caracas.

He recalled that this Tuesday, October 7th, marks two years since the military aggression against Palestine. “All our love, prayers and solidarity with this sister people, from Caracas,” he said.

He emphasized that the Palestinian struggle transcends borders and has become the core of international resistance, “this cause unites us all, it is undoubtedly the great cause of humanity against barbarism, against neofascism and of Zionism with the Palestinian people.”

He described the conflict in Gaza as “the most brutal genocide known to mankind since Adolf Hitler's Nazi-Fascism”.

In this context, he rejected hegemonic and slave models, which “seek to twist the course of cooperation, development, peace and impose unique thinking, single command and the power of blackmail and weapons”.
