Head of State receives Balance from the Grassroots Assemblies of the Working Class

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, received a balance sheet from the working class in his convening of a Constituent Congress, with the objective of seeking actions and defining the terms that would guarantee the country's economic recovery.

Last August, the boss called on the entire working class to set up a large Constituent Congress to debate the terms of the economic recovery program and the terms of the participation of the working class in this battle for recovery and the productive revolution of Venezuela.

In the activity, where he is accompanied by representatives of the labor sector, the Head of State will receive details about the elections of the rank and file delegates. This democratic act underlines the commitment of workers at the national, state and municipal levels to the refounding and strengthening of the Workers' Movement.

The National Promoting Committee of the Congress, sworn in on October 24 by the National President, has been responsible for planning the tasks, methodology and schedule for these meetings in the various workplaces.

The Congress is scheduled to be held in the month of December, coinciding with the commemoration of the Bolivarian Constitution of Venezuela.
