Head of State recognized the solidarity of the Norwegian People with Venezuela

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro , recognized the people of Norway for standing in solidarity with Venezuela and taking to the streets of Oslo to raise their voices in rejection of the aggressions against our country.

“Today was more impressive and I publicly thank the people of Norway for supporting peace in Venezuela, for rejecting imperialist aggression and for courageously coming out to speak out about the truth of the Peoples,” he said during the Long March for the 166th anniversary of the Heroic Battle of Saint Agnes in Caracas.

He also highlighted the pronouncement of the personalities of the Oslo Peace Committee who expressed their opinion against the military aggression of the United States (USA) against Venezuela and who also “withdrew from the bloody acts that were intended to be carried out today.”

He reaffirmed that this makes it clear that “the Peoples know very well who the Nazis and the fascists are and they know very well who we Bolivarians and Revolutionaries are. The peoples of the world are watching us and supporting Venezuela. We are going to continue to triumph, governing 24 hours a day the Homeland that Simon Bolivar left us.”
