Head of State: Surnames are the anti-project, they are not ready to lead the country

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, estimated that Venezuelan women and Venezuelans will draw their own conclusions and will bet on peace and economic growth in the country, avoiding a leap into the void, this when referring to the decision of the electorate in the next Presidential Elections 2024.

In telephone contact with the Telesur television station, the head of state, said that “all this opposition of the surnames of the puppets that put none is ready to take over the leadership of the country”.

“Nobody has a plan, none have a team, they already won once in 2015 and what they did from the National Assembly was to ask for sanctions and blockades, to lead the guarimbas of 2017 when they burned more than 20 people,” he recalled.

The head of state emphasized that on that occasion the extremist opposition “filled the country with violence for 120 days, more than 300 cities in the country filled with violence for them.”

He recalled that it was these same extremist political actors who sabotaged the country's economy, by “not approving the additional credits in the 2015 National Assembly, trying to put an end to the missions.”

“They had that great power and what they did was hurt the country,” he criticized.
