Head of State: Territorial socialism must reach communities

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, during his visit to the “Ruta de la Mandarina” Commune, in the Miranda state, within the framework of the 2024 National Popular Consultation, invited community councils to participate in the construction of the Bolivarian Government model.

“We are going to see a big change in the system of governing ourselves because the government cannot be aerial, but it has to be in the territory with the people and resources of the country to invest it in communities in the need of the people,” the president highlighted during a contact with the community the verdict.
