Head of State thanks the People for their firm rejection of the theft of the oil tanker by the United States

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, stated that with night marches and mobilizations, the Venezuelan people have rejected the theft of Venezuelan oil by the government of the United States (USA).

The Head of State said that the polling company Dataviva revealed that 96% of Venezuelans reject any military action by the United States against Venezuela and 88% consider that the forced sale of CITGO is a theft of the nation's assets.

“In Venezuela, more than 300 night marches are taking place in which the Venezuelan people denounce the theft of the nation's oil by the United States (...) at this time, for example, tremendous mobilizations are taking place and I want to thank the people, the entire Venezuelan population, for their strong and accurate response to American aggression, to fascist manipulation, to the call of Leopoldo López, Juan Guaidó, Julio Borges, La Sayona, David Smolansky, and for you to count, to invade militarily our country”.
