Head of State: The Communal Government of Transition to Socialism is born in Venezuela

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, regarding the strengthening of the communal power that is developing in the country, declared the Bolivarian Government in Transition to Socialism.

“As of today, a Government of Communal Transition to Socialism is declared with the 5,336 Self-Government Chambers, with the 5,336 territorial governments that have neighbors, families, communities, concrete forces that debate, participate, act, build and make their territories visible to a new society,” emphasized the National President.

This announcement of the birth of the Communal Government of Transition to Socialism was made during the Balance of the National System of Popular Government, where the head of state established new lines of action in which it is necessary to consolidate the System of Self-Government.

He argued that the communal government in transition to socialism must exercise daily action in all areas of public policies to satisfy the need of Venezuelan society with values, principles and a clear direction.

In this regard, he instructed the Executive Vice President, Delcy Rodríguez, to execute the measure in the council of vice-presidents, because Venezuela is heading towards the resurrection of “Bolivarianism”, the original of the Blue Book.

He stressed that leaps and bounds have been taken in the 4 thousand 15 communes, the 5 thousand 336 communal circuits, so the goal for 2026 is to reach the formation of 6 thousand communes.
