This Wednesday, July 31, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, said that the guarantee of peace and stability in Venezuela is the Bolivarian Revolution.
In that regard, he pointed out that the extremist right “believed that they could fill with violence and lead us to a civil war.”
“I can tell you today: The criminals are defeated,” he emphasized.
He commented that “I have been full today, because I am consolidating the Peace of Venezuela. The fascists and criminals, and their 'commandos' (...) mischievous and violent, will not be able to. More than a thousand criminals who attacked hospitals, schools and workplaces have already been arrested.”
He made the statement from the People's Balcony, in the Miraflores Palace, from where he received the march of revolutionary workers who mobilized in defense of peace and in support of the results issued by the National Electoral Council (CNE).
He recalled that the united People will never be defeated. For this reason, he urged that the working class stand up, “mobilized, active, aware, alert”.
He also urged the People to “continue to re-establish their work, their activity. We are going to do justice.”
