Head of State: The Popular-Military-Police force must be prepared for threats

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros announced that the Integral Defense Zones (ZODI) will be activated in a surprising way throughout the national territory.

“As part of these, the maneuvers carried out during the early morning of this Wednesday are aimed at defending peace and protecting the Venezuelan people from threats,” said the Head of State.

In this regard, he called on the entire police-military-popular force, stressing the need to be prepared for the constant threats of the “North American Empire”.

“If you want peace, be prepared to defend it, to exercise it and to guarantee it,” said the president. He added that the objective is “to win peace, defending life and exercising sovereignty.”
